Express highway to the Airport

Another section of the express highway D3 has been in operation since December 12th, 2007. That would make the traffic to the airport smooth and more comfortable. Now you can be at the airport within 15 minutes from the center of the city of Žilina. Passengers should appreciate especially the better signs that would make the orientation around the airport much easier. Despite all the conveniences, the construction around the area has been in continuation and therefore it is necessary to have some spare time just in case. Passengers departing from Žilina must come to the airport at least one hour prior the scheduled departure. The gate is closing at 13:55. « Back
